                             FAIRFIELD BAY ANIMAL CONTROL SHELTER

  Fairfield Bay Animal Shelter is a small city shelter nestled among the trees of Van Buren County. We are located right off of Highway 16 between Fairfield Bay and Edgemont.

  Our shelter houses 17 dogs and 12 cats generously. We have 2 animal control officers who provide daily care to these animals. We have large outdoor play pens and country runs for our dogs as well as "window seats" so our cats may also get fresh air.

  While we are an euthanization shelter, we avoid avid euthanizations by working with 501c3, approved Animal Rescue organizations.

Our hours are Monday thru Friday 9:30-3:00. If you visit out shelter and no one is in, our Animal Control Officers may be out on a call.
